Motega Firemane

Motega Firemane is a tauren scholar stationed at Whitereach Post in Thousand Needles. Dedicated to cataloging the dangerous wildlife of the canyon, he finds his studies disrupted by a vengeful wind serpent spirit and the reckless misadventures of his young assistant.

Four years following the Third War, Motega Firemane journeyed south into Thousand Needles to observe and record the distinct beasts surviving among the towering mesas. Accompanied by his youthful assistant, Pao'ka Swiftmountain—whose protective father was reluctant to let him leave Mulgore—Motega set up camp alongside Kanati Greycloud at Whitereach Post. While his original calling was quiet natural observation, the harsh perils of the canyon floor continually demand a more martial approach to survival.
