Marshal Maxwell
Marshal Maxwell is a high-ranking officer of the Stormwind army stationed at Morgan's Vigil in the Burning Steppes. Tasked with holding the Alliance's northernmost fortified ridge above the Redridge Mountains against the Blackrock clan and the Dark Iron dwarves, he directs scouting missions into the hostile crags below. He also plays a crucial role in coordinating efforts to discover the fate of his captured comrade, Marshal Reginald Windsor.
A Lonely Post on the Steppes
Morgan's Vigil stands as a precarious outpost on the southern rim of the Burning Steppes, overlooking a wasteland choked with ash, dragonkin, and Blackrock orcs. Marshal Maxwell commands the Stormwind military detachment stationed here, providing a rare friendly sight for travelers braving the fiery crags. From this rocky bastion, he oversees defensive maneuvers to keep the hostile forces of the mountain contained before they can sweep southward into Redridge and Elwynn.
