Gurda Ragescar

Resting just southwest of the fortified walls of Splintertree Post, Gurda Ragescar maintained a modest Horde camp under the dense canopy of Ashenvale. Deep within territory contested by night elven defenders and wild beasts, maintaining such isolated positions is perilous work. Gurda, along with Feran Strongwind and their detachment of guards, was ultimately overrun and killed at their post, leaving only the remnants of their final stand for passing allies to discover.

Travelers wandering near the trail may come across the tragic scene of Gurda's defeat. Even in death, the possessions and tasks carried by her encampment offer clues to Horde endeavors across the woods, including missing documents and orders disrupted by the ambush.
