Chronormu
Chronormu, who goes by the mortal name Chromie, is a bronze dragon disguised as an energetic female gnome. Tasked with safeguarding the flow of time on Azeroth, she often works directly with mortals rather than observing from afar. In the Western Plaguelands, she quietly intervenes in the tragic aftermath of the Third War to right disrupted temporal threads.
A Dragon in Small Guise
Though she appears to mortals as an eccentric and cheerful gnome named Chromie, Chronormu is a member of the bronze dragonflight serving under the Timeless One, Nozdormu. Bronze dragons are charged by the titans with guarding history and correcting disruptions in the timeways. In the form of a female gnome, she walks beside mortals as an approachable, optimistic peer.
Watcher of the Plaguelands
Chronormu has taken up residence within the ruined ruins of Lordaeron, particularly watching the devastated Western Plaguelands. The catastrophic downfall of the kingdom and the spread of the Scourge tore deeply into the region's history, leaving temporal anomalies and trapped remnants. Working discreetly from places like the ruins of Andorhal, she enlists mortal adventurers to mend tangled timelines and investigate disturbances without revealing the full terrifying majesty of the dragonflight unless necessary.
