Character
Blanchy
Old Blanchy is the loyal, hard-working mare belonging to Theodore and Verna Furlbrow, currently resting beside their wagon near the Jansen Stead in Westfall. Renowned for her gentle disposition and hefty appetite, she remains a steady companion to her owners amidst the turmoil gripping the countryside.
A Faithful Farmhand
Long before pulling the Furlbrows' wagon through the dust of Westfall, Blanchy worked the Furlbrows' farm in the breadbasket of Stormwind, where she earned a reputation as an exceptionally sweet-tempered, well-behaved mare. Years of heavy labor have worn her down to 'Old Blanchy,' and the arduous journey fleeing troubled homesteads has left her exhausted. Though visibly weary, her appetite remains hearty, and travelers who bring her nourishing handfuls of oats scattered across the surrounding fields are rewarded by Verna with Blanchy's own treasured blanket and feed pouch.
