Tainted Keg
The Tainted Keg is a barrel of stolen dwarven stout laced with a lethal Forsaken brew concocted by Apothecary Lydon. Delivered under the guise of refreshments to imprisoned human farmers in Tarren Mill, it serves as a gruesome field test for the Royal Apothecary Society's developing poisons.
A Deadly Vintage
The keg began its existence as a barrel of Shindigger Stout, plundered from the dwarven riflemen entrenched at Dun Garok. Rather than drinking it, Apothecary Lydon contaminated the hearty ale with his newly refined Elixir of Agony. By lacing an ordinary beverage, the Forsaken crafted an insidious vector designed to slip past suspicion, turning a familiar comforts of the living into a swift death sentence.
