Stalker Claws

The grassy steppes of Mulgore are home to deadly natural predators, among them the stealthy prairie stalkers. These beasts survive through raw instinct and lethal precision, an essential balance within the Earth Mother's design. Mull Thunderhorn, seeking to heal the blighted land, requires these claws not out of malice toward the animals, but because the pure, natural ferocity with which they hunt holds the spiritual resonance necessary to counteract artificial corruption.

When goblin ventures began drilling and mining across central Kalimdor, chemical poisons seeped deep into the subterranean waters feeding the ancestral tauren wells. The Thunderhorn Water Well in particular fell prey to vile taint. By binding Stalker Claws and Cougar Claws into a Thunderhorn Cleansing Totem, tribal shamans create a spiritual conduit capable of scouring the muck and unnatural sludge out of the earth's natural springs.
