Cougar Claws

The flatland cougar is one of the apex hunters of Mulgore's sprawling grasslands, stalking prey with instinctual grace. In tauren tradition, taking the claws of such a predator is not an act of casual slaughter or trophy hunting, but a way to harness the natural spirit of the beast. When goblin operations begin defiling the ancestral waters of the plains, Mull Thunderhorn calls upon young hunters to gather these claws alongside those of prairie stalkers. The tauren believe that the pure, uncorrupted predatory instincts of native beasts can be woven into a ritual totem capable of scouring unnatural toxins and foul sorcery from the poisoned Thunderhorn Water Well.
