Prairie Wolf Heart

The wolves of the plains are fierce predators, hardy and persistent across the sweeping grasses of Mulgore. Their hearts are sought out by Maur Raincaller, a tauren residing in Bloodhoof Village who fell victim to the legendary plainstrider known as Mazzranache. Struck by the creature's virulent, fever-inducing venom, Maur relies on traditional plains medicine to halt the spreading poison. Alongside other potent reagents like cougar bone and bird gizzard, the vital essence of a freshly slain prairie wolf provides the cleansing properties needed to concoct a cure before delirium proves fatal.
