Mathystra Relic
Mathystra Relics are ancient night elven artifacts scattered among the overgrown ruins of Mathystra in northern Darkshore. Though remnants of a fallen elven bastion, they retain dormant shards of magic that have drawn the interest of the Twilight's Hammer cult.
Remnants of a Fallen Bastion
Before the Great Sundering, Mathystra stood as a proud city and bastion of elven civilization along the Kalimdor coast. Today, its toppled columns and cracked stones sit half-swallowed by brush and sea mist, haunted by restless spirits and lurking beasts. Scattered across the ruins are ancient relics dating back to that golden age. Though worn by ten thousand years of neglect, these artifacts still hold faint traces of elven arcane craft, making them dangerous prizes if left unattended.
