Gnomeregan Gumdrop

While innkeepers across the Alliance dispense regional treats during Hallow's End, the exiled gnomes of Gnomeregan do not have a full capital inn of their own to operate. Instead, the inventive gnome Talvash del Kissel, residing in Ironforge's Mystic Ward, hands out Gnomeregan Gumdrops to travelers willing to play along with his festive tricks. Despite the radioactive disaster that drove his people from their subterranean kingdom, gnomes still proudly share their distinct confectionery with the wider Alliance.

Because Jesper is sick and confined to the Stormwind orphanage in Cathedral Square, he cannot travel the continents to go trick-or-treating himself. A Gnomeregan Gumdrop is one of the four essential regional confections—alongside treats from Stormwind, Ironforge, and Darnassus—that kind-hearted travelers gather across the Alliance capitals to bring the festivities to him.
