The Encrypted Memorandum is a coded missive handed to novice rogues starting out in Coldridge Valley. Though disguised as official communication, it is actually a clandestine invitation from the local rogue trainer, Solm Hargrin, calling for solidarity among scoundrels in exile.
A Discrete Summons
In the bustling dwarven refuge of Anvilmar, rogues must maintain a low profile. Rather than approaching recruits in plain view, the trainer Solm Hargrin uses the Encrypted Memorandum to establish contact. Masked as an official directive from distant superiors, the coded parchment ensures that fledgling rogues know where to find mentorship without drawing unwanted attention from the local guards or suspicious townsfolk.
