Cactus Apple
Cactus Apples are tough, moisture-rich fruits harvested from the rugged flora of Durotar's Valley of Trials. Flourishing in the arid desert heat, they are prized by local orcs as a rare, refreshing source of sustenance.
Desert Harvest
The sun-scorched earth of Durotar offers little luxury, forcing its inhabitants to make use of whatever hardy plants survive the elements. Cactus apples grow in clusters around the thick cactuses dotting the Valley of Trials. While difficult to gather without catching a few thorns, the fruit provides vital hydration in the sweltering canyon. A local orc named Galgar gathers these fruits to prepare his signature Cactus Apple Surprise, a cooling confection that brings welcome relief to recruits enduring their harsh initial training.
