Stonebull Lake

Stonebull Lake is a serene, horseshoe-shaped body of water wrapping around Bloodhoof Village in central Mulgore. Fed by the pristine natural runoff of the plains, it provides vital fresh water, abundant fish, and peaceful shores for the young tauren coming of age under Cairne Bloodhoof's guidance.

Curving around Bloodhoof Village on three sides, Stonebull Lake defines the geography of central Mulgore. A wooden bridge crosses the lake's narrowest stretch, carrying the main dirt road between the settlement and the great mesa of Thunder Bluff to the north. Its calm waters are filled with native fish, making its banks a favored spot for resting hunters, weary travelers, and apprentice fishers learning their trade under the sweeping open sky.
