Ortell's Hideout is a modest, secluded cave nestled against the mountains in southeastern Silithus. It serves as the refuge of Hermit Ortell, one of the few solitary souls hardy or foolish enough to dwell alone in this barren wasteland.

Tucked away in the jagged cliffs of southeastern Silithus, Ortell's Hideout offers sparse sanctuary from the raging sandstorms and prowling silithid swarms that dominate the wastes. The cave is occupied solely by Hermit Ortell, an eccentric recluse who ekes out an existence far from civilization and the fortified garrisons of the Cenarion Hold. Travelers who brave the dangerous journey to this remote corner often seek his peculiar knowledge of the desert and its hazards.
