Deliver the Signet
Deliver the Signet is a quest in which a traveler carries a recovered family ring to High Elder Talaanis Shadowsong in Valanaar. The delivery brings tragic confirmation of his nephew's demise on Zephras Isle, while opening new opportunities to assist the local peacekeepers.
Quest text
Since you are going to Valanaar anyway, please deliver the signet ring you recovered from the tower to Talaanis Shadowsong in Valanaar.
He will want this back, and more importantly, he will want to learn the fate of his nephew. Talaanis is the High Elder of Zephras Isle and more importantly, he is a good man who is well loved by the people, despite our current hardships. It pains me to think of how he will react to this news. Please express my condolences for his loss.
Progress
What is that you have for me? Oh... Oh no.

I... Am very sorry to hear that my nephew is dead. I thank you kindly for recovering this, and bringing it to me.
It's not common that such capable young shen'dorei come down from the highlands. If you need work, please speak with Valennia Stormfist, the captain of the peacekeepers here in Valanaar. These days we need all the help we can get.
