Zankaja
Zankaja is a young orc woman living in Orgrimmar, residing along the path between the Valley of Strength and the Valley of Wisdom. She anxiously awaits news of her mate, Dogran, who was assigned to duty at the Crossroads in the dangerous frontier of the Barrens.
A Watchful Heart
Life in the fledgling Horde capital is demanding, but for Zankaja, the true ordeal is the waiting. Her mate Dogran earned a promotion that sent him south into the Barrens to bolster the outpost at the Crossroads. While an honor for a warrior, the Barrens is a brutal expanse crawling with quilboar, centaur, and aggressive beasts. When Dogran failed to send word or return home as expected, Zankaja began seeking out travelers willing to seek news of his fate.
