Watcher Dodds
Watcher Dodds is a human scout of the Night Watch stationed at the central crossroads of Duskwood. Manning a lonely roadside outpost far from Darkshire's town walls, he monitors the encroaching horrors and tasks travelers with culling the local giant spider population.
On the Crossroads Watch
Watcher Dodds serves the Night Watch under Commander Althea Ebonlocke, holding down an exposed post at the intersection connecting Darkshire to Raven Hill and Deadwind Pass. While Darkshire huddles within its palisades, forward sentries like Dodds live on the knife's edge between wolf packs, ravenous ghouls, and oversized arachnids. From his roadside camp, he keeps an eye on approaching threats and enlists wandering mercenaries to thin out the spiders crawling out from the undergrowth before they completely overrun the overgrown thoroughfares.
