Magus Tirth

Magus Tirth is an eccentric human wizard dwelling out on the salt flats of the Mirage Raceway in Thousand Needles. Known locally for breeding chickens and tormenting his polymorphed apprentice, he is also a scholar of formidable arcane lore who has squandered valuable tomes on racing bets.

A Wizard in the Dust

While most mages of his caliber study in the libraries of Dalaran or Stormwind, Magus Tirth has taken up residence amid the grease and roar of the Shimmering Flats. Surrounded by speeding rocket cars, Tirth peddles chickens to passersby, drinks, gambles, and has long since cursed his unfortunate apprentice, 'Plucky' Johnson, into poultry form. Despite this eccentric demeanor, Tirth possesses genuine arcane mastery, having authored esoteric texts on magical power before losing them to reckless wagers on the speedway.
