Halaan Hawk-Eye
Halaan Hawk-Eye is a Skyborne lookout stationed atop the watchtower of Thendal Village on Zephras Isle. Lacking both magical sensitivity and the mystic skysight of his peers, he relies instead on keen mundane vision to monitor the surrounding island. From his perch, he tracks the distant anchor pylons and warns visitors of their faltering arcane stability.
A Watchman Without Magic
Perched high above Thendal Village, Halaan Hawk-Eye serves his people without the gifts common to many Skyborne. He cannot draw upon the arcane power flowing through the ley lines beneath Zephras Isle, nor can he gaze between worlds through the mystical skysight. Instead, Halaan relies entirely on his sharp natural senses. From his vantage point on the watchtower, he scans the horizon to observe the island's anchor pylons, calling attention to their increasingly volatile and inconsistent arcane energies.
