Item · The Barrens
Shard of Water
The Shard of Water is an elemental remnant gathered during a shaman's communion with the spirits of water. Delivered to Islen Waterseer along the Barrens coast, it serves as tangible proof that an initiate has understood water's life-giving nature and conquered its corruption.
Token of Elemental Purity
For shamans seeking mastery over the elements, communing with water demands a deep understanding of balance, life, and preservation. In the trials of the Call of Water, shamans are directed to confront corruption seeped into natural springs—even journeying across the sea to blighted lands like Silverpine Forest. The Shard of Water is granted upon purifying these corrupted waters. Returning this crystal token to Islen Waterseer on the rocky shores of the Barrens proves the initiate's worth, providing the final key needed to forge their Water Totem.
