The Remedy of Arugal is an incantation penned by the mage Arugal during his early experiments with worgen magic. Left behind in a dilapidated farmhouse in Silverpine Forest, the spell is sought by Dalar Dawnweaver to unravel the sorcerer's dark work.
A Mage's Leftovers
Before seizing Shadowfang Keep, Archmage Arugal took refuge at an abandoned wheat farm north of the river bridge in Silverpine Forest. There, amidst forgotten farm tools and rotting floorboards, he documented his strange arts in a set of dusty spellbooks. The scroll titled the Remedy of Arugal is among these notes, outlining early methods and magical formulations he devised while dabbling in the dangerous transmutations that cursed the local populace.
Forsaken Scrutiny
Dalar Dawnweaver, an accomplished Forsaken spellcaster operating from the Sepulcher, holds little respect for Arugal's pedigree, dismissing the former Dalaran wizard's intellect as fragile and transparent. Even so, Dawnweaver recognizes the urgent need to understand the exact mechanics behind the worgen curse. By recovering the Remedy of Arugal, Forsaken agents provide Dawnweaver with the foundational arcana required to counter Arugal's spreading menace and secure Silverpine for Lady Sylvanas.
