Forged through ritual gathering across Kalimdor and Lordaeron, this concentrated elixir retains the purest essence of clean water, prepared by the hermit Brine in the Barrens. While part of the draught is consumed to grant shaman vision of distant elements, the remaining drops are safeguarded for a far more perilous task. Carried to the plague-choked shores of Silverpine Forest near the Sepulcher, the drops serve as the vital purifying catalyst atop the Brazier of Everfount. Consumed in ritual flames alongside the bracers of a fallen, tainted elemental, this pure water cuts through the necrotic corruption, calling forth an untainted spirit of water to commune with the shaman and complete their communion with the element.
