Pure Hearts

Demonology relies on exploiting base desires and spiritual vulnerabilities. To summon a succubus into the Magic Quarter of the Undercity, Carendin Halgar provides warlocks with Pure Hearts. When placed upon the summoning circle, these untainted spiritual essences act as potent bait, drawing the seductive demon across the Twisting Nether into the mortal realm. Once the demon manifests, the warlock must resist her enthralling mind-charms and strike her down in combat. Overcoming the succubus asserts mystical dominance, banishing her back to the Twisting Nether until Carendin teaches the warlock the spell to summon her forth at will.
