Johaan's Special Drink
Johaan's Special Drink is a lethal concoction prepared by Apothecary Johaan in the village of Brill. Disguised as a common refreshment, the mixture serves as a field test for the Royal Apothecary Society's developing plague.
A Toxic Brew
Brewed in the brewing cauldrons of Brill, Johaan's Special Drink is far from a tavern beverage. Apothecary Johaan concocts the draft by refining various venomous components and local reagents into a single draught, tailored specifically to test virulence against living physiology. Handed over under the guise of slaking a captive's thirst, it represents the Forsaken apothecaries' ongoing ambition to engineer a weapon potent enough to fulfill Sylvanas Windrunner's designs for Azeroth.
