Gargantuan Tumor

Near the southern bank of Lake Al'Ameth, a cavern shelters Oakenscowl, once a noble timberling elder who has fallen prey to vile affliction. The creature was visibly poisoned by an enormous growth that warped its behavior and seeped taint into surrounding wildlife. Severing this grotesque tumor is crucial not only to end the beast's tormented rampage, but to allow local researchers to inspect the blight and understand how such a foul malady took root in the boughs of the newly grown World Tree.
