Furlbrow's Deed
Furlbrow's Deed is the legal property title belonging to Farmer Theodore Furlbrow and his wife Verna for their land in Westfall. Snatched by Defias bandits to serve as a template for forging land claims, it represents the precarious state of honest folk driven from their homes across the kingdom.
Stolen Land and Forged Claims
Signed by Theodore Furlbrow and co-signed by his wife Verna, this paper establishes ownership over their family farm in Westfall. When the Defias Brotherhood overran the region, brigands muscled the couple out and took the document with them into Elwynn Forest. Scrawled notes on the back reveal that the thieves intended to use the official parchment as a template to forge legal deeds for other properties. Stripped of their home and livelihood, the Furlbrows were forced onto the road, left stranded near the border when their wagon broke down.
