Elixir of Pain
The Elixir of Pain is an experimental alchemical concoction brewed by Forsaken apothecaries stationed in Tarren Mill. Distilled using blood harvested across the foothills, the mixture is designed to test biological agents intended to serve Lady Sylvanas's darker ambitions.
Apothecary Experimentation
The Royal Apothecary Society relentlessly pursues new formulas to bolster the Forsaken's position against their mortal neighbors and the Scourge. The Elixir of Pain represents one such trial, blended from freshly harvested ingredients collected around the Hillsbrad Foothills. Concocted with little regard for the living, the potion serves as a proof of concept for volatile substances intended to aid the Dark Lady.
