Disarming Mixture
Disarming Mixture is a specialized chemical concoction prepared by Chief Engineer Hinderweir at the Stonewrought Dam. Created to neutralize volatile Seaforium explosives, it is used to prevent Dark Iron saboteurs from destroying the massive dwarven structure holding back the waters of Loch Modan.
A Chemical Neutralizer
When Dark Iron saboteurs planted a heavy Seaforium charge beneath the foundation of the Stonewrought Dam, standard methods of defusal were far too risky. Lacking immediate Mountaineer support, Chief Engineer Hinderweir combined the Disarming Mixture from ingredients named by the explosives expert Ashlan Stonesmirk to rapidly neutralize the underwater explosive. When stirred directly into the planted powder keg, the solution neutralizes the reactive compounds, reducing a catastrophic explosion to a harmless, fizzling ruin.
