Darksoul Shackle
A Darksoul Shackle is an enchanted fetter worn by the Moonrage Darksoul worgen stalking Silverpine Forest. Crafted under the direction of Archmage Arugal, these implements are sought by Forsaken mages at the Sepulcher seeking to unravel the feral magic gripping the region.
A Crutch for Faltering Magic
When Archmage Arugal unleashed the worgen upon Silverpine Forest, his own arcane mastery proved insufficient to fully direct and sustain the otherworldly beasts. To compensate for his shortcomings, he bound enchanted implements, such as Darksoul Shackles, to his creations. These fetters channel external sorcery into the Moonrage Darksouls, reinforcing their supernatural strength and anchoring the curse that keeps them thrall to Shadowfang Keep.
