Desperate Times
Desperate Times tasks players with reporting to Valennia Stormfist in Valanaar to plan a direct strike against a dangerous cult's shrine. Because confronting the cult in the open is unfeasible, taking down their leader Lorthuna at the shrine is critical, though doing so requires bridging deep tensions between the Windshapers and the High Order.
Quest text
Since engaging the cult in the open is not viable, our best chance is going to be to use this opportunity to attack the shrine itself. We can take Lorthuna herself off the board before she can finish her part of this scheme.
It so happens that Valennia has been preparing a strategy for a potential assault on the Shrine for some time now. The only problem is, we will need help.
