According to Lydon, the concoction produces lethal and potentially contagious results upon contact. However, before the substance can be unleashed against the goblins' operations around the Windshear Crag, it must be ferried across continents to Apothecary Zamah, the Royal Apothecary Society's representative in Thunder Bluff. Zamah requires the raw mixture to engineer a wide-dispersal apparatus—the Toxic Fogger—ensuring the brew wipes out the exploitative deforesters without needlessly endangering Horde assets.
